How a Withdrawal Request Works at Rolletto
When you open the cashier and submit a withdrawal, Rolletto starts an internal review. The platform checks your balance, verifies that your wagering requirements are met, and confirms your identity status. Only after this does the request move to the payment processing stage.
The key rule: your deposit must complete at least one full turnover before you can withdraw. If you deposited and played without meeting this minimum circulation, the platform may apply a 20% administrative fee on the remaining balance before processing the payout.
All payouts - regardless of method - are processed within three banking days from the moment Rolletto approves the request internally. Crypto transactions often clear faster than that because they depend on network confirmation speed, not banking hours.
One practical detail: the platform sends withdrawals back through the same payment channel you used to deposit. If you paid by Visa, the refund goes to Visa. Mixing deposit and withdrawal methods (for example, depositing by card and withdrawing to a crypto wallet) requires additional verification and is not automatically available.
